Well my overlook on the style would agree with all of you classy and flirty. You got to put in mind what type of body type it's going on somebody with bust and curves it can be flirty. But some one that is younger wearing this steel in teen area will look classy. So put the body type in play too because everybody has different body types so classy won't work for everybody.
